Q: What sizing options are available for the Tangle-Free Layering Necklace?

A: Currently, we offer three standard sizes for each style of the Tangle-Free Layering Necklace. Our team has carefully tested various lengths to determine the perfect chain length for seamless layering. Going too long or too short can impact the necklace's layering quality.

Q: What is PVD or IP Gold Plating?

A: PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) gold plating and IP (Ion Plating) are both methods used in jewelry and watchmaking to apply a thin layer of gold onto a base metal like stainless steel to create a durable, luxurious finish. Both methods offer excellent scratch resistance and long-lasting wear.

  • PVD Gold Plating: Involves a vacuum chamber where gold is vaporized and deposited onto the metal surface through a process of ion bombardment. It creates a more durable bond between the gold and the metal.

  • IP (Ion Plating): Also uses a vacuum chamber but includes ionization of the metal surface before gold particles are deposited. This process enhances the adhesion of the gold layer and improves durability.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Ordering from BaoBei Jewelry is easy! Simply browse our website, select the products you like, and add them to your cart. When you're ready to check out, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

A: We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at customer support. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Questions about customer account

Q: How do I create an account?

  1. Create an account at checkout

After you enter your email, shipping, and billing information, you can check:

  • Create an account for faster checkout and create a password for their new account.

  • Customer account passwords must be at least 10 characters.

    You can also choose to save your payment information. You can save credit card information, but not PayPal or Apple Pay.

2. Create an account after checkout

After checkout, you land on an order confirmation page where you can click a link to create a customer account. You can also review your order status page, which includes a link to create a customer account.

Q: How do I sign in and review my account?

You can log in using the Sign In link in the navigation menu or using the View Order link in an order email. If you log in using the sign in link, the link changes to Account.

If you use the order email link, a new tab or window opens where you can log into your account.

Q: How do I viewing or change my account information?

A: By clicking Account in the site's navigation. A menu opens on the right where you can select one of the following:

  • Orders - View your orders

  • Payment - View and update your billing information

  • Address - View and update your shipping addresses for future one-time orders

  • Profile - View and update your name, password, or email address

    You can change your account email address as follows:

    1. Click Sign in to log into your account.

    2. Click Account, then click Profile.

    3. Click your current email address.

    4. In the New field, enter the new email address. 

    5. In the Confirm new field, enter the new email address again.

    6. Click Save.

    7. Watch for an email to verify the change to your new email address. Click Verify email in the message to complete the process.

    The verification email is valid for 48 hours. If you need more time to verify their email address, you can return to the Email panel and click Resend verification email.
